I am 41 year old mother of two. My youngest son died in a car accident July 17, 2006. He was 7. I miss him terribly. My oldest son is my best friend. He makes me smile. It hasn't been easy without Michael. Not a day goes by that he isn't on my mind. With every heartbeat I miss him. Shortly after he passed away my oldest son Josh asked me to watch a video by a band that he wanted me to tell him what other band they reminded me of. It was "Into the Ocean" I thought of Peter Gabriel and Marillion when I heard it. But, I was also struck by the band themselves and their presence. Once I heard Hate Me, I was hooked and bought Foiled. I loved every song. The turning point in my healing after the accident was the New Braunfels show July 6th, 2007. The rain soaked night seemed to change me just a bit and gave me hope. The emotion just grabbed me and told me I wasn't alone. Someone else had been this down and felt what I was feeling. They could make it and so could I. Thanks Blue October!
Blue October of course :) I also enjoy Moby, the new Linkin Park, Pearl Jam and I draw a blank on the rest. Blue starts my day and ends it.
Big John Cusack fan. Like some Ewan McGregor films. Love Actually, Moulin Rouge, some Tyler Perry.
Bible, um yea that is about the only thing I read regularly. I want to read more, but am just too lazy.
People of Interest:
I like compassionate people. I dislike arrogant people. But, I try to like everyone if I can, seeing past the bad. Everyone has something good about them. My favorite people are my oldest son Josh, Danny my best friend.

Places of Interest:
I was born in Indiana, Moved to Texas in my early 20's. I lived in NW Louisiana for 5 long years but just recently moved back to Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Things of Interest:
Not much for things. My most cherished things would be a cross neckless my son made before he died. A blue "peace" wrist band that was my son's. I wear them both daily ever since he passed.
