About Me The Person Behind The Screen

I was born in the yea 1985 in a small town called Orillia, Ontaio, Canda. I am third generation born Orillian as my Mother as well as my Grandmother were born here before me. I was a small bouncing baby girl weighing in at 8 pounds and 9 ounces on the early morning of December 6th. I myself do not remember this day but I am sure that after 21 hours or labour my mother does. I am my mothers first born child and sadly her only born. Due to complications after my birth my mother had to have a hysterectomy so on that side of the family I sadly do not have any siblings. There is not much that I know of my biological father besides his name and the fact that he was not ready for children. My mother had to take him to cort to prove I was his child. Just afew days after my second birthday was the last time that I ever saw him. From what I understand he was into drinking and drugs and was given a choice. Apparently he choose the addiction rather then the child. I do have to give a KUDOS to my mother for one thing. In all these years she has raised me in such a maner that I do not hate my biological father. I know that I am better off without him but in a weird way I love him. But without him I still have my step Dad Bill and I wouldnt trade him for anything in the world. I remember him teaching me how to throw a punch. Or taking a ride on the 18 wheeler going down the highway. I used to yell at him "Put the metal to the floor and faster faster!!" or it would be "Giddy-up go Daddy Giddy-up go!" which is from one of my fave trucker songs/stories.

I currently have two "children". One cat Named Kiona and a bunny that I accidently adopted named Thumper. I didnt name the rabbit. So I call him Thump for short. He is actually starting to come when he calls its cute. So now yourr probably wondering how I "accidently" adopted him. Well when I moved back in July of 2008 the guy that lived there before me left the rabbit there. So I decided I was going to help find him a good home. And I did. Mine. Kiona is a different story of how a got her.

My Intro To Blue October

So back in 2006 myself and my boyfriend Josh were talking about music. He was complaining that he could not find this song called "Hate Me". It was a song that he had heard on the radio and he called it his "Theme Song". So being the person that I am I hunted down the song on limewire and sent it to him. He was happy that he finally had this song that he just couldnt find anywhere else. So there I am sitting there listning to this song and to be truthfull. I hated the song. Could not stand it. But I left it on my computer. Dont ask me why. I dont know. So about a month after I had originaly downloaded "Hate Me" Josh passed away. I was devistated. My friend (at the time) Jolene and myself were sitting in my room on my bed and "Hate Me" started playing. Normally I just skip past the song but this time I didnt. I let it play. I listened to the song over and over and over again. I learned to love the song. After some time I could understand why that song ment to much to Josh. It ment just as much to me now and still does. Everytime I hear the song I think of him. Weird I know but its true. Then afew weeks after he passed away I was at the Orillia Square Mall walking through the CD store called CD PLUS. There I saw the newly released "Foiled" CD. I dont know what pushed me to do it but I grabbed the song. Went right to the clerk and bought it. Then I went right to Zellers and got a new portable CD player. By the end of that day I knew every word to every song. I felt that FINALLY I have found a band that seemed to understand. If it were not for Blue October I dont know where I would be today.
